I am working on a video montage for Gabe's 3rd birthday coming up soon, and tonight I'm feeling so emotional thinking about how this past year just flew by... and I feel like I didn't cherish each moment I was given to spend with him. Tomorrow's guaranteed to no one, and I need to take advantage of each second I get to spend with my precious children, especially Gabe.
On Friday evening, I was home alone with Gabe and was sitting out on the front porch with him. He was in the greatest mood (as he has been the past few days, thankfully) and giving me lots of smiles. I was listening to music on my phone and one song was playing that perfectly captured the moment we were in. Any guesses? You may win a little somethin' somethin' if you get can pick that song, which I plan on using for the background music of the video.
Until I finish, here is a montage I made last summer. My how things have changed since then... so much, yet so little.

I loved that montage too. Can't wait for this year's. Gabe has come so far, but we still pray for more for him. The song I guess is from Karate Kid-"Your the Best". Just cause you were trying to do the soccer ball on your knee the other day and Gabe is the best.
