Our good friend Brian, an amazing musician and our former worship leader, wrote this song in the waiting room of Children's Hospital PICU on the night Gabe went into septic shock and coded.
About 10 or 15 of our closest friends were in that waiting room praying and crying and pleading with God on Gabe's behalf.
Not a night I like to remember, but my mind is drawn back there after reading the terrible news about Mark Lamberth who was in a dirt bike accident a month ago. Today he went to be with the Lord.
As I mentioned in the previous post I'm the kind of person that is always thinking about the What if's? And tonight I am reminded of that night in the PICU, and what if it had gone the other way for Gabe.
I am thankful that no matter what, He is so beautiful and my heart is overflowing with love for our wonderful Savior. I hope that you will feel God's love through this song!!
